Love Activated: Pentecost (Pt. 1)

Pentecost Sunday is the Christian Celebration of the event in Acts when the Holy Spirit was given to the church in the Upper Room. The Holy Spirit is a gift from God that gives us access to his presence whenever and wherever we are. When the Holy Spirit fell on the church and they started to speak in other languages the message of Jesus. Due to the Feast of Weeks there many Jews that had been dispersed throughout the world that had made a pilgrimage to Jerusalem. They were amazed to be hearing the story of Jesus in their own dialects. The church received the power and presence from the promise Jesus had given them. Peter addressed the crowd and explained the chaotic moment.
